I was involved in the prestigious hotel project in Kazakhstan from start to finish during the construction phase, where I accomplished the following tasks:​

  • Coordination of design project, prepared by WATG and Wimberly Interiors, with various disciplines for current site conditions with a team of 7 professionals,

  • Conducting shop drawings and getting approvals from parties,

  • Management of the design and build process requirements,

  • Ensuring all required specifications (including BREEAM) are met for architectural works and coordination of stakeholders for achieving material benchmarks,

  • Attending design coordination meetings,

  • Conducting  tender documents and evaluating bids from subcontractors during Interior Works tender,

  • Supervision of site works in the Mock-Up room.

  • Quality controlling of implemented works in the hotel wing.
